Ukraine calls on Iran to stop sending arms to Russia | DW News

Russia is attacking Ukraine's vulnerable civilian infrastructure with drones, knocking out power supply and threatening a hard winter. Most of the drones are now intercepted by air defenses, however, according to the British Ministry of Defense, a third still reach their targets. Ukraine's prime minister, Denys Shmyhal, has said the Russians use "20 to 30 Iranian 'kamikaze' drones' against us every day."

Iranian drones have overpowered the the different western weapons. If these weapons were not effective Ukraine and the West would have been laughing and joking.

The problem is that these drones are cheap and the weapons shooting them down are expensive. These drones resemble radio-controlled airplane toys, but they are being shot down by advanced multi-million dollar systems meant to shoot down ballistic missiles and real military-grade drones. Seems like there is a smarter way to handle this.

Going by reports in Western media, Ukraine has had a high success rate in destroying these Kamikaze drones. One would therefore conclude that they are not a serious threat and shouldn't give anyone a headache.

Wow, so much hysteria! Ukraine, who got lots of weapons FOR FREE from 40 (?) countries, complains about some drones that we BOUGHT from Iran. What the problem? We have money. Iran have drones. They are allowed to sell by the UN. It's a fair deal.
