Dagny Zenovia reports on Paystack, a Nigerian startup, joining Stripe, a Silicon Valley finance software company, for an acquisition deal valuing over $200 million. Paystack is using this deal to accelerate online and offline commerce across Africa.

Awesome news for the brothers but hate they had to join with outside community it usually means they will eventually be bought out/ consumed by the larger non-African company and in turn reap benefits from African dollars that will not be recycled back into the country or continent.
