I’m a right handed two finger bowler and I was in a motorcycle accident which almost took my left leg off and it has affected my power since because I can’t involve my leg in fact I had to learn how to bowl all over again

I like to bowl one-handed because two-handers think they can create more pop downlane, but it's all technique and repetition.

What’s the difference between slide and no slide in terms of speed strength revs etc I was using slide but I’m starting to get planted after the flying step and it feels natural wondering if I should be sliding still ?

Bull shit. Stopped bowling for the summer and i come back to throwing it 5 mph faster regardless of leg speed💀 maybe once u get passed 17 mph that changes idk
