A question, is this idea of the video based in some old movie or youtube short movie? I remember I watched a movie (probably a youtube video aswell), now I can't remember the name, but only a specific scene... Where a man stop his car in a road (probably the car have some problem and not works anymore) and he tries to call his wife or someone from his house. Someone pick the phone (I remember it was a woman in the kitchen, but it seems she was not talking with him but with someone else) then she start running outside the house after hearing some bad news. Then it reveal that the car of the beginning had hit a tree (or some strong object) and the guy is dead inside, and in reality, he was in the limbo trying to communicate with his family or something like that. And of course, the family was receiving the news of his death.
