Houston: The City of the Future - The Ion – Houston’s Innovation Ecosystem

The Innovation District is anchored by the renovation of a historic Sears building into a 300,000 square foot collaboration hub known as The Ion. Over $100 Million will be invested by Rice University into The Ion to catalyze a district that will set a new standard of urbanism, connectivity and inclusivity in Houston.
