The buttery smooth drone shot over the lake of the Tetons isn’t allowed for a good reason. Under Federal Law, if you allow one group to do an activity, you have to allow all groups the right to do that activity. Could you imagine the harassment to animals that would occur if they allowed anyone to use drones in the Park?
