E35 What's coming up in Companion v3.0?

Version 3 of Companion is officially in Beta, so we can expect to see accelerated development in the coming months.

Web buttons are great during configuration phase. I use it to quickly scroll through the pages to locate a page / button. Also, URL + ?page allows you to jump to a page (or select several pages)

Do Backup All so that when you restore you can find it. Export has a different extension than the backup file. (Stream Deck - 03-09-2023 -
(Volume Controller (Auto).streamDeckProfile) The Programmers tonally jacked it up. If you look in the same window where you Export there, where it looks like a scroll down button for the window. There is a down arrow that is where you will find the Import option.

How do you get rotary controls to work in the emulator?

Auto Release for the new long press functionality shouldn't be necessary. You can just delay the action you want to trigger from a auto-released long-press upon press and then cancel delayed actions from short release. I guess it's a little verbose, but still all contained in the same button.

It keeps saying " Another instances is already running. Please close the other instance first."

Depth as opposed to width...so, can your companion profile be consolidated to 10 or 20 pages? Is there a plan for you to do this to give us more space for other profiles to be added on top of yours?
