In the US, You still need to take the knowledge test and follow part 107, even when the drone weighs less than 250 grams, if you are flying for anything other than as any heavier drone up to 55 pounds. Both the mini and the mavic 3 can be flown recreationally without taking the part 107 test. Both require the test for any other purpose.

Literally the only thing the sub 250 gram saves you from having to do is registering the drone. All the other rules still apply

In the video you say that the Mavic 3 Classic has the ability to zoom. That is incorrect. Actually the ONLY difference between the Mavic 3 and the Mavic 3 Classic is that they removed the zoom camera from the Mavic 3 Classic to make it a little more affordable.
