That lyric about doctors approving smoking is a great deep cut for any BTTF fan.

For those who don’t know, there’s a deleted scene from Part 1 where Marty and one of Lorraine’s brothers watched a cigarette commercial with a doctor promoting the cigarette brand. While the scene wasn’t filmed, it was in the novelization. The commercial itself was also hidden on the DVD before getting removed in future releases. Now that’s heavy.
