I worked with DeWalt and hated their batteries!!! Never held a charge!!! Bought Milwaukee for home and haven't been disappointed!!!

I buy almost all of it used, so at this point I got batteries and chargers for all the relevant ones here. Meaning I can just get whatever is available, good and fits my needs. If I need to pack up and travel light I got good quality battery adapters so I don't _have_ to lug around more than one battery type - apart from the Hilti tools as those are a different voltage. I also got access to high end litium cells and refurb my own battery packs.

It's not for everyone, but for me it means I can have a degree of reliable quality tools I couldn't afford if buying new, or being stuck within one system.

I swear I did the exact same thing. I bought all hitachi stuff back about 8 years ago and I've only had one complaint with the clutch burning up in a drill because someone used a 4" holesaw.

I used to always choose makita over Dewalt . Rigid was a good tough brand as well. But now most of my tools are millwaukee

All have their pros n cons but red n black is a friend of jack 🤷🏽‍♂️ n not sure but if its not Milwaukee with the best nailers it’s definitely not DEWALT lol

Funny, i picked milwaukee because it sounded american, compared to dewalt which sounds like a french car company.
