Real Time License Plate Recognition using Raspberry Pi and Machine Learning

I am final year student from Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology of Universiti Malaysia Sarawak and this is my final year project. The title of the project is Plate Recognition and Alerting System at gas station. The main device used is Raspberry Pi model B embedded with Raspberry Pi Camera. The purpose of the project is to determine which country is the vehicles from. In this case, it detects Malaysian car as the vehicles used is Malaysian car registered (according to the format of the license plate). If the camera is tested with other countries such as Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand, then it will display that particular country as the interface displayed at the desktop/laptop.
