New Update!! 12,720 Primogems or 76 Wishes for Mualani & Kazuha in Phase 1 of 5.0 - Genshin Impact

Phase two of version 4.8 is starting tomorrow, which means we are getting closer to the release of Natlan in version 5.0. As you all know, Mualani and Kazuha are expected to get their banners in phase one, whereas Kinich and Raiden Shogun are expected to get their banners in phase two. In this video, we will take a look at the number of primogems or intertwined fates we can obtain in phase one of 5.0 for Mualani and Kazuha.

Starting with the anniversary rewards, Genshin Impact will celebrate its 4th anniversary on September 28th, and version 5.0 is releasing on August 28th. This means we won't receive the anniversary rewards in phase one because phase one will end on September 18th. Just to give you a quick reminder, the 4th anniversary rewards will include a 7-day login event, 1600 primogems via in-game mail, and likely a free pet and a gadget.

Now, back to the topic: as soon as the 5.0 update is live, we will receive 600 primogems from Hoyoverse for server maintenance. Since we are getting a new map, we can expect around 2,300 primogems from exploration, assuming you can explore the entire map in phase one. Version 5.0 will also add several new world quests, which will reward us with around 700 primogems for completing them all. The map in 5.0 features 46 teleport waypoints, so 46 times 5 equals 230 primogems from that as well.

We are also getting a new offering system in version 5.0, which will provide around 800 primogems or 5 wishes. Additionally, the new patch will introduce new achievements, and you can earn around 1000 primogems if you manage to complete them all. Just for the record, exploration rewards include collecting all pyroculus, leveling up the Statue of The Seven, and opening chests.

Moving on to the events: the main event of 5.0 is called Traces of Artistry, where we will earn 1000 primogems, a free 4-star catalyst, a Crown of Insight, and some other level-up materials. Besides the main event, we will have one mini-event, which will grant 420 primogems.

Regarding the Spiral Abyss and the Imaginarium Theatre: the Spiral Abyss will reset only once during the 5.0 update, on September 16th, granting 800 primogems. The Imaginarium Theatre will reset on September 1st, providing 620 primogems.

As we know, phase one will feature two 5-star character banners: Mualani and Kazuha. We will also receive a story quest for Mualani and two character trials, providing a total of 200 primogems. Additionally, we will get Natlan's Archon Quest Act 1 and 2, which will award another 120 primogems and 1 intertwined fate.

The Paimon Shop will reset on September 1st, so you can acquire 5 intertwined fates and 5 acquaint fates from the shop. Lastly, for daily commissions, the update will last for 42 days, so 42 times 60 equals 2,520 primogems. Adding all these sources, we can expect around 12,270 primogems in phase one, which is equivalent to 76 wishes. This should be enough to hit the soft pity and potentially obtain a 5-star character.

Additionally, we will receive a free 4-star weapon and a free 4-star character. That's everything you can get in phase one of 5.0.

Update will last 42 days but kazuha banner will last only 21 days so the primos from commissions will be only half of what you mentioned for kazuha
