Jamaican group ‘The Slickers’ arrived as a rocksteady group during the 60s. They featured various members that came and left i.e: Derrick Crooks, Roy Beckford, George Agard, Winston Bailey, Abraham Green and a few others. This track composed by Trevor ‘Batman’ Wilson (who actually WAS a rude boy with a pistol in his waist) also featured in ‘The Harder They Come’ movie. The song was released in 1970.
