Dukes ball is manufactured in Sialkot, so maybe Pakistan should just make their own version of ball, similar to SG TEST.

All teams playing in home games have right to have a particular type of ball.
I don't know how the type of ball matters if you have the skills.

The Tiflex core ball was sold by Readers in the 80's and 90's when Pakistan used it for their Test and first class cricket
Wasim chose it in preference to the Dukes when given the choice by England in the 1996 Test series in England. Tiflex England make and sell the balls now.

Why are the PCB wastimg an entire year. moving from one unsuitable ball Kookaburra to another unsuitable ball Dukes when they could be using Tiflex the ONLY ball in 75 years that has PROVEN to work best for Pakistan bowling conditions and Pakistan bowlers
It was no accident that during that period Pakistan produced the likes of Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, Imran Khan, Sarfaraz Nawaz, Aqib Javed and many others. Pakistan bowlers were the most sought after overseas bowlers in first class cricket in all countries during the period Tiflex was used.

Now wasting another year trying Dukes which was tried only recently and found to be unsuitable. Repeating a failed experiment and expecting different results. Not smart!!
