That was my mum! That is what we called our grandma who was raised in England and moved with her husband to america. We would go over the very next day and help take her Christmas down, go grocery shopping, and end box day eating cookies. She was the best.

We take our stuff down the weekend after (or weekend of) Epiphany.

Maybe it’s because my dad is Puerto Rican, but we keep our Christmas decorations up until at least 3 Kings Day. Some of my relatives who live in Puerto Rico keep them up until March or April, depending on when Easter falls. We’re going to visit them in February or early March, so the decorations will probably still be up.
