Just playing devil's (Gary's) advocate here. In his 2018 video he correctly said that 3/4 of coins are not ICOs, hence not securities. But a lot has changed in the last 5 years with most new coins being tokens that are sold instead of mined. And eth has since become PoS which is when it's security property became an issue.

This is just speculation, but the uncorrelation effect on the S&P I believe is no accident, it is doing it in both directions and with BlackRock being heavily involved in both. The bank crisis is FUD for BTC, then they are taking that money and propping up the S&P. Both markets are being traded in unison. In the small time frames this opposite directions is happening every day.
The other massive issue I have is big whales have not been heavily buying BTC at all. Just small amounts up and down each day, but definitely no accumulation, even at the bottom they were selling. You need to ask yourself why?
