There should be no outside money in campaigns. It should be 100% govt funded and each campaign gets the same budget. No donations, no PAC, is the only way to make it fair, balanced, and honest. As in, if any candidate makes any ad with intentional false info, they lose the rest of their funding PLUS have a fine.
