Anyone reading this please pray for me. I have been suffering horribly for the past whole year due to serious anger issues and mental health problems. I tried EVERYTHING: meditating, practicing forgiveness (for my own sake) and even prayed to God to completely erase that situation which caused me unbearable anger pain to begin with. But that same anger still torments my mind to this day no matter how hard I try to just forgive and forget. My mental and physical health declined to the point where I feel like I'm merely existing NOT living. However, today I made the decision to trust God one more time to fully erase that situation once and for all from my mind and to restore my health. This is my second time listening to this sermon and I will pray again after. I hope that God will see my efforts and answer my prayer this time.
