I do like that thing. I’ve got to show my sister. She and her husband are the green thumbs in the family 😊I’m more of the, ‘Well she tried’, But every season I am getting somewhat better. Practice, practice, practice.😂

My goodness, it's gorgeous. I wash, chop, and freeze the sweet potato leaves. Also dehydrate and powder to add to soups, stews, eggs, etc.

You can also eat luffa shoots the same as sweet potato leaves and cucumber shoots too. Young luffa can also be stir fry with chicken giblets.

I’ve never eaten sweet potato leaves. Boy do the deer love them! Do you eat them raw like salad greens or cook them?

That is one thing I did not know. Tell me what do they taste like? I don't have a garden right now. The last 3 years have been hard and impossible for me to to grow anything. If my health gets better I will try that though. But now I am curious. I have to know what the taste of the leaves are.

Ok what are u Fertilizing with ma'am. And usually i see elders with raised beds or container garderns..did u till ur land urself? Ive tried to till in the past and i must admit its hard work no joke😅
