Elon Musk Says He’s Leaving California Over New Law

Elon Musk said Tuesday that he will move two of his companies, X and SpaceX, from California to Texas, claiming that a new Golden State law directing teachers not to inform parents when a student adopts a new gender was the “final straw.” Musk said SpaceX will move its headquarters from Hawthorne, Calif., to its Starbase facility in Boca Chica, Tex. He also said X, which is based in San Francisco, will relocate to Austin.

I did CPS in MA for about ten years. Two years ago they instituted a new policy where social workers would interview kids behind their parents backs about their gender identity, sexual orientation, name, and pronouns every six months. These are kids who are the most vulnerable in the state. The policy does a lot more as well, including that you couldn't question a kids decisions about transitioning, even if it was harming them. When I called out the policy for an abuse of power and grooming I was smeared as a transphobe, and the agency wanted me to do reeducation with our diversity liason. Instead I quit.

The problem is the teachers are the ones pushing this on children. A 7 year old doesn't come up with this without an adult. This allows then to groom children without parents intervention. Jimmy doesn't seem to br grasping the core concept of what's going on here.

Sounds like if they push kids in a certain direction they don't want the parents to know. Your kid is a minor, you have a right to know anything
