Amazing video, and I can say, there is no doubt, that IN OPTIMAL lighting scenarios there is no practical difference between a phone and a DSLR.
I was immediately able to spot the DSLR because the phone automatically throws huge contrast and saturation on the picture to make it look appealing (very typical from all phone cameras). It can be tuned down of course :)
But we most not forget, that you can throw a *relatively* affordable Sigma 50 1.4 and shoot it at 1.4, then the feel of the picture will be quite a bit different, especially up close.
When shooting in less optimal lighting, obviously the DSLR will outshine the phone, thanks to the better highlight recovery.
Very, very impressive tho. If portrait photographers want to keep their job in 5 years, they really gotta start training their vision, because that will be the only distinguishing factor.

Really liked this video! Im currently bringing my camera everywhere but I think I would want to invest in an Iphone X now to use when im not doing a photo gig. Im also usually posting on only my Instagram too.
