Top speed via GPS on 1999 Tomos Sprint A35

This 1999 Tomos Sprint A35 has a BiTurbo pipe, size 54 main jet in carburetor and a stock air filter. The run was made on level ground (with a cross wind) and the GPS registered a top speed of 41 mph (about 66 kph). Without tucking, I hit 40 mph but when I tucked, I made it to 41 mph. My gearing is 27 countershaft and 22 on rear.
