The United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) member states choose the UK to establish the world’s first International Centre of Excellence on Sustainable Resource Management in the Circular Economy.
The centre will leverage the combined expertise of five academic institutions to explore circularity in areas such as metals, construction and critical minerals. Sustainable approaches to the circular economy and resource efficiency will be developed to enable the transition to a greener future
