How To Make Pine Needle Soda

A drink that's easy to make at home and tastes similar to Sprite (yet better) with natural Vitamin C and antioxidants! The tea is made from Pine bark & needles, water, organic sugar and one bottle of store bought Kombucha Tea (or you can make your own). This drink is the most hydrating and thirst quenching drink in my opinion. All true Pine trees are edible, just make sure it's the Pinus genus (you may want to do further research if you are pregnant or nursing).

I've read that white pine is the best-tasting, but this is the second video where Spruce was spoken well of too. So I don't mind trying spruce if I get a chance. I live in Sacramento, California, so I might just buy it on Etsy from someone who lives in the Appalachian Mountains or something like that. That's how I got my pine needles because at least that way I'm not worried about whether it was treated with pesticide or not.

This is neat to find out that we can drink these pines. I have 4 types of pine trees Is it a special kind or what? Because I seen that some are toxic. And it's neat how it gets carbonated.

Just be careful with the bark. If you use too much and fermentation happens, you can end up with methanol in your drink which can make you go blind 😳
