If you're new to my channel, my name is Rafael Cintron. I’m the founder of Wealthy Expat, a company focused on helping high-net-worth individuals obtain second citizenship and move abroad. Our services focus on guiding clients through the process of obtaining second residencies, citizenships, and creating tax-efficient structures, particularly in low-tax environments like Dubai.

Here’s a bit about my journey:

I’ve traveled to over 80 countries and obtained multiple new citizenships along the way.

In my early career, I realized the constraints of traditional tax systems, which led me to explore legal strategies to minimize tax obligations.

Wealthy Expat has helped over 500 clients navigate international residencies, foreign company setups, and asset protection strategies.

Our team offers top-tier services, handling everything from setting up offshore bank accounts to getting second citizenship by investment to securing Dubai residency and more.

My YouTube channel was started to share my experiences and insights with others who seek freedom and financial security outside of traditional systems.

Today, Wealthy Expat continues to grow, with a focus on empowering clients to protect and optimize their wealth in a world where freedom is increasingly restricted.

Let’s create your path to freedom.

I completely agree, visa-free access is a top priority for me when considering a second passport. The freedom to travel without restrictions is priceless.

I heard you can move to germany but you have to live there 5 years, it used to be 8 years. You have to be pass a german language test. You move there first by getting residency visa. You need that to work or own a bussiness. You used to have to renounce your former citizenship but now it allow dual citizenship.

if it helps: El Salvador is on the list for visa waiver access to Schengen, comes 2025 and the application process works. at the moment 60 countries were scheduled for ETIAS, ~30 others are Schengen Members (no need of anything, just come and go) which leaves ~100 countries which MUST apply for a visa still.
visa free to Schengen will be gone by then; you better are entitled to said visa waiver programm ETIAS or you are a citizen of EU/Schengen Member (and Monaco San Marino Andorra and Vatican)
if not you will have to apply for a full fledged visa.
*residence permits or university access are totally other problems, ETIAS is for tourists only*

Fun fact, even if you get out of the system in Australiastan, they'll still stalk you for the rest of your life if you remain a citizen. How they do this is, when you submit the paperwork to be removed from the AEC's electoral roll, they'll insist that they have to mail you some stuff as part of the process - its the usual 'if you move back you have to register again'. The problem arises in that you are forced to keep notifying them of you most current address so they can 'contact you' from time to time to verify if you're overseas or not. If they don't hear back from you, they'll automatically re-register you and then your forced to vote or face fines and/or prosecution (happens for subsequent failures to vote, not for the first offence) for failure to vote. Thus they're able to successfully stalk you around the world and thus they know which govt to demand information from regarding bank accounts, lifestyle data matching (the ATO's new favourite method of targeting people), etc. Its truly demented.

What’s your opinion on Gibraltarian passport?

Hi Rafael! If you get a passport by investment, do you need to relinquish your current passport? I’m not sure whether UK allows you to have multiple passports.

Ah, so Mexico's government should be interested in this information unless you were a Mexican citizen by descent because naturalized Mexican citizens cannot obtain additional citizenships after becoming Mexican without the risk of loss of Mexican nationality under the current law.

Is there any way a person can get citizenship of another country if he doesn’t have university education and doesn’t have much savings?

I am a Malaysian citizen interested to migrate to Germany. I just find Germany fascinating!

The American dream is to leave America. And ideally... renounce one's citizenship. Albanian citizenship was my choice.
