Markus is exactly right regarding the hair. I started losing mine "big time" in my 20s (and my two grandfathers are completely bald) and for me, as long as I took green formulas with a lot of seaweed in it, I kept my hair. Also, for some reason I lost FAR LESS hair every time I stopped eating meat for awhile. The one formula I would recommend today to reduce hair loss is and help regrow hair is Markus "Age Free". I think the "in hair mic" sounds really good. I think it makes less noises, because you don't blow the mic that way.

Great video. For those with shorter or no hair, you can tape the mic to a ball cap. I've done it several times with good results. I look forward to more of these care, Bluefin.
