i remember when it all used to be about how small the phones could get and now with the fold 4 they are huge, for me i like the flip for going back to that compact size again without having to carry a brick of a phone about

I would chose the Flip over the fold any day. I actually love the size and how I can just fold it into a very small device. But one disadvantage for me is the battery. And a telephoto camera. Aside that, I prefer it to the fold any day.

I really am leaning towards the Flip 4 for the small form factor. The increased battery size and fast charging is a big improvement. I will have to get a hands on look at both before I decide. My son has the fold 3 and loves it but I don't know if I can stomach the price tag or the sheer bulk of that phone.

probably the reason why samsung hasn't dropped the Z phrasing for their phones is because Z is meant too be the folding series where they will have tons of products that can fold in different ways we might see tri fold or quad fold stuff and they wanna have them all put under one bracket or name scheme

For now I'll stick with my Z flip 3 but whenever I next upgrade (most likely next year) I'll upgrade to the fold 4 I think, it really doesn't feel like much of an upgrade other than the chip in the new flip 4 so... yeah anyways that's all I wanted to say, besides I'm pretty pleased with my z flip 3 anyway just may need to replace the screen protector at some point.
