This man is so right with every one telling owner operators to save a little money off the weekly gross and ser something aside for repairs doesn't work and I know foe myself if you don't have atleast that it won't work repairs will total more than you net sometimes and you will go broke easy, getting in the business the right way matters way more than anything else and safety should be important because you will never make it past dot if your not being safe

really crazy he just said 6months of revenue, if the truck is supposed to bring in $20k-$30k that COULD BE FROM $120k -$180k and how are you supposed to start a trucking business if you can't get the loan for that amount? plus what you have to pay for everything else?, maybe he didn't explain that right but just doesn't make sense to me.
