Have to admit, these are very practical and efficient designs. Circles and curves are always something that require extra effort but with this jig, it's a lot easier to deal with. Thanks for sharing!

I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with your shop made tools, jigs, talent and ingenuity!! One tip that I use is instead of drilling holes in the jigs to match the hole pattern on bottom of your router and fastening the router to the jig, use a router guide bushing in your plunge router base, and then drill a matching hole in your jig. I usually use a 3/4” guide bushing and drill a 3/4” hole in your jig. This way your vacuum hose won’t twist around the router. This will work with some of your jigs but not all of them. (You will need a Makita adapter plate to accept 1 3/16” O/D guide bushings.). John Jensen from British Columbia.

Step 4 blew me away!!
These are all well done! I'll take a crack at step 4 but it I already know it won't reach these heights. Bravo!

Having watched many of these elegant designs, in my head I can see wonderful JSK city made entirely of crisply machined plywood which can be easily adapted and modified as needed. Excellent work!
