1:00 The idea of this is actually a great technique-- tell yourself that what you're drawing is going to be stupid, that it's going to be bad, and you're 100% going to throw it out/cover it up when you're done. Then don't. See what happens when you relieve yourself of all the pressure to make amazing art. It really helps me especially when I'm starting a new sketchbook
