I was born in Belfast in 50s and to be honest, it was better 20 years ago, now we have a city council who want to paint a picture of a rosey Belfast but cant do their jobs properly, yeah we have had heavy rainfall that causes flooding but its mainly down to council not cleaning out drains like they ust too with a machine that went round twice a year to suck out all the dead leaves, now they dont bother and thr stinking rotting leaves ard completely blocking the drains in taughmonagh a few inches of rain and they flood over, they dont pick up leaves they blow them from one place to another, the best yet is one bloke blowing them on a windy day, the leaves going behind him again so it looked exactly the same before he started,
