However, Even in Judah, there was no place for Israelites as the Babylon conquered the Kingdom of Judah in 585 B.C Here both, Assyrians and Babylonians had the same intentions that are expelling the jews from the region.
But under the Persianans rule in 538 B.C, Jews returned to Judah, this marked a crucial turning point in Jewish history, as they began rebuilding their city, and laying the foundations of Jewish culture. However it was until 63 BC, when Romans captured the region and completely erased jews identity by renaming the Judea to Syria Palaestina in efforts to break the Jewish connection with the land.
