Art Supplies Haul | Creative Dreams Closing Down Sale! | Testing supplies

As mentioned in the title, Creative Dreams Papercraft is closing down, noooo! Actually it's an end of lease situation so they may relocate elsewhere, but right now I don't trust anything (lol) so I figured I'd better buy some discounted art supplies while the opportunity was there! I also tested out a bunch of things at the end of the video, if you are interested to see what some of the colourful supplies are like!

Oh no, I hope that shop relocates😭 those papers with designs are very cute and they come in handy for all sorts of little projects. I also use the same gamsol because I’m sensitive to those types of solvents! Still laughing at the blood splatter😂 maybe you can use that ink for a horror piece😂😂 it really did come out pretty though when the colors all mixed together even though it was messy. I like the effect with shimmer at the end there too😍 I’m intrigued to see what you’ll do with those inks💙

Nice haul! You are right, the Dylusion sprays are not light fast. I watched another YouTuber show a two year old painting that had been kept out of the sun and it had the pink Dylusion spray on it and it had faded tremendously.

I really enjoyed this haul. Love watching you experimenting with art supplies.
There is another good craft shop. I think it's called 'CraftOnline'. I ordered a couple of times from them and their prices are not bad.
I don't have any art or craft shop nearby so I order online most of the time.

good haul!. Don't ever feel guilty about buying art supplies, as I am convinced that being "arty" involves a huge quantity of hoarding genes. We are all the same, especially in this economic climate. cheers.

Well sales are a good chance to pick up things you are not too sure about if you will like/use. But I get your thoughts on going to close down sales. Quite a collection you ended up picking out. :)

I walked into this store yesterday to buy distress ink, only to find nothing on the shelves and realising then that it was closing down. :( I grabbed quite a few things but I was really sad. I hope they open up a store near The Art Shop in Bayswater! That would be perfect!

For the cosmic shimmer, "Brusho colors" by colourcraft is the same thing but without the mica, if you're looking for more. :) Also Karen Rice here on youtube has done a few videos recently featuring the sprinkle pigments.

Nuuuu I didn't know Creative Dreams was closing! we recommend them all the time to scrapbooking/cardmaking customer :( hopefully they find a good new place to reopen locally

what does the inside of an art store look like again? lol I have been in lockdown for a year and art stores are not on the essential store list so were closed anyway
