Set up the Kamado Joe JoeTisserie with the coals banked to the back. Sprayed the basket with oil and loaded the wings up for a ride at 400f for 1 hour. Moved the coals underneath the wings during the last 10 mins to really crisp up the skin. Tossed half in a homemade NY butter hot sauce they were phenomenal!
