This song really resonates with me on an emotional level, because I was very disappointed and frustrated with how high school ended. I was trying to find fullfillment with the acceptance of my peers. When I finally did get it, I felt empty and confused about what to do next, because I realized at how pointless it really is and I didn't know what to do with my life. So when I went to college, I decided to join a Christian community to help me grow spiritually. I have met some of the wisest, friendliest, loving, and accepting people that I have ever met in my entire life. Now I am the happiest and most satisfied I have ever been. I am so excited to see what the future looks like with my walk with the lord. If anyone is reading this and is currently going through a hard season in their life, just remember that it's meant to build your character and prepare you for what God wants you to do later in life. In the end IT IS WORTH IT!!

A few years ago around November my grandpa died. I don't process my emotions well and I just had to do something. I started cleaning and but on my playlist of Christian songs. This song played and it really help me get through it. It's been I think 2 years since then and anything time I hear this song it reminds me of him and that It's Not Over Yet. He was one of my favorite people in the world and I didn't know how I could handle him not being in my life. This song and the Lord have given me strength to keep on keeping on. Thank you.

I'm crying a bit rn... I randomly came across the spotify commentary for this whole album, and had it just on playing in the background while I rested and read a book. But suddenly the commentary for this one came on and I was startled. His little sister has Lyme disease?! And he wrote it for her! I have been struggling with Lyme for 4 years! In fact was feeling down today about it, exhausted. I search the song again and listen to the lyrics with a new perspective, regardless of the fact I have been listening to For King and Country for 7 years. This song now has a very personal and new meaning to me, and I am thankful for it. I started tearing up because so many times I feel like there is no hope, and this felt like God was using this song to speak to me.
