Where is Bob-omb Battlefield? (And the other levels too)

Some Corrections:
1) Bowser In the Dark World is likely located under the castle due to the black box entrance.

2) Jolly Roger Bay is likely located in the mushroom or seaside kingdoms due to the presence of Unagis, I shouldn't have used crossover elements to try and find non-crossover locations.

3) The subway map I used to place tick-tock clock is innacurate, I currently belive its the same clock tower we see in 3D land which would still place it in the mushroom kingdom however.

Wait Isn't Paper Mario in an another dimension? because in Mario and Luigi Paper jam or something like that you can clearly see that the paper creatures like paper mario come out of an book
