I hope you continue to love the journey sir! Started my reread with my wife. For me I can say the end of Deadhouse Gates sold me on finishing the series. And the end is definitely poetic. Good reading sir!

You basically hit all the points and reasons why I love Malazan. I'm going to be honest, I did not think a book could possibly leave me more shaken, raw, enraged and absolutely hollowed out by sadness than Deadhouse Gates... until Memories of Ice.

You are in for a wild, unforgettable ride. the next 6-7 books or so will pass like nothing and in the end, the whole story just fits together so beautifully.
