To be clear, he got the black flag because he didnt drive directly to the pits to retire, but instead stayed out on track.

I wonder if it would’ve been legal if he would’ve put the car in neutral, gotten out, given it a push, and then climbed back in, then driven off. Because that seems WAY more dangerous

George Russel was not alloved to race for the same reason a few seasons ago, Might have been when Zhou crassed, not sure. But they where tolk before the restart, so he avoided the black flag.
