This prompted an outpouring of confused condolences on Frank's official Instagram page.

However, fans can breathe a sigh of relief. A friend close to Frank confirmed over the weekend that he is very much alive. Posting on Frank's Facebook fan page, the friend assured followers, "Last night he was gobbling down a fudge ice cream so again he is not dead. The rumors are still out there but we have been dealing with this a lot over the last two years. These rumors seem to be a little stronger than most in the past."

Thumbs down! Click-bait title, click-bait thumb-nail, zero relevant information or content. I gave this upload 8/10 💩 piles in my worst of all time, completely worthless YouTube video/title/thumbnail.

This is such a poor example, it’s a perfect example of what legit & honest content creators should avoid at all costs. Furthermore, since this upload is really “that bad”, it’s so bad that YouTube/Google should bill the creator for every 10 views that result in garbage like this. Maybe 1 hour of lost user & YT-employee productivity for every ten minutes it takes to complain. Addtionally, YouTube/Good should go after reimbursement from this upload’s creator for any/all server storage, along wit bandwidth dedicated to this upload.
