My son, “Star Wars” fan that he is, said it was like being in an X-wing fighter. The ‘80s C4 has character for days, with the digital gauge cluster being a big part of it. I love just about everything about my 1989 coupe (the stereo system needs an upgrade and the moulding where the hatch closes needs replacement) and feel like I own the road driving it.

Which is a helluva thing for a car rated at < 250hp.

This is a timeless car forsure. It has tech that doesn’t look outdated, a v8 engine and the 4+3 manual transmission. This will be one of the next cars i drive and preserve.
