Guys cutoff is a relative thing and it depends on which shift ssc considers as base, if it considers an easier shift like 10th September shift 2 as base shift the cutoff for UR will be around 140-145 and the marks of harder shifts will be increased accordingly, in contrast if it takes any tough shift as base like 17 September shift 3, the cutoff will be low and the marks of easier shifts will be reduced, so it depends on which shift is taken as base you can't just say a number here, but you can assume a safe raw score. if you are scoring 125+ in harder shifts and 135+ in easier shifts, hope is there.
Also both the shifts I mentioned might not be easiest or hardest its just an example. So chill out and focus on mains if you feel you have good enough raw score.

Edit- Last year one easiest shift was considered as base and cutoff was 149, the easiest shift had +0.7 only as normalisation, while the toughest shift of last year got around 23 marks for normalisation.

Point to know - The higher your raw marks are the more normalisation you get for same shift., for example two people in same shift got 125 and 127 numbers respectively, so the marks in normalisation for the person scoring 127 will be greater than that of 125.
