The Story of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Awoken (ARR Patch Quests)

This is a continuation of my previous video covering A Realm Reborn, with this covering the quests between the end of ARR and the start of Heavensward.

Oh hell yeah, I loved your last video on A Realm Reborn. It's particularly useful for those getting back into FFXIV and need a refresher on what happened in the story.

OOh, this is a surprise but a welcome one - you always seemned to pick up a lot of details from the story. If ever you finish up this series, if you decide to, i'd highly recommend considering doing some of the class stories, or covering them. Dark Knight in particular ties itself heavily to the themes of the exspansions, and some are overall just good c:

But covering exspansions + patches over the next half year in release towards Dawntrail is quite nifty too (if its the plan).

One suggestion I would have is putting in the numbers of the patches themselves - even if it may seem redundant, I know its how a lot of players sometimes search for specific quests to watch, or otherwise how they may avoid spoilers if they have only played up to a certain patch. That way people could skip to the patch they want to see maybe, or just give a little bit of structure to a 2+ hour video - but I do realize it may not mesh with the narrative decision.

Take your time going through each expac / expansion and try to enjoy the ride as best you can! It can be emotionally and psychologically taxing at some points (and a bit of a test of patience in Stormblood) so please remember to take breaks regularly and do wrist stretches! ❤😊

I rarely leave comments but I just have to say; as someone who's returning to the game for Dawntrail after 3-4 years away from the game, your two videos have been such a great asset for remembering the bits and pieces I'd completely forgotten about ARR.

I really do hope you continue with this series because these videos have just the right pacing and info, unlike most recaps out there.
