Haven’t been to India yet, but I love Dosa Masala, which here is filled with delicious mixture of crushed potatoes and hot chilies, accompanied by a small veggie soup, a coconut sauce and a red sauce. Love every bite. 🤤

The dollar series is really very misleading. A dollar might seem cheap change, but in India due the purchasing power it’s equivalent goes much further. In dollar equivalents, salaries in India might seem very low, but the same amount of rupees can buy a lot more.
That is why Non Resident Indians earn in dollars/ euros while they can still work, and retire back in India as they can live in the lap of luxury with the same amount of money.
