Why does the dude want the ruined radioactive city of Chernobyl? The site is abandoned and remains radioactive. It's dome, designed to semi protect the site from additional radioactivity, is crumbling. Putin deserves to possess that awful reminder, and wasteland of a nuclear power gone terribly wrong.
