Without Batman as his ultimate adversary, the Joker's perspective would dramatically shift. His primary drive to sow chaos and engage in a battle of wits would lose its purpose and exhilaration.

Secretly, he yearns for endless clashes with Batman, evident in his death traps. There may be a subconscious desire to find a cure for their madness. With Batman gone, the Joker faces a void, grappling with loss of identity and purpose.

He must adapt, leading him down unforeseen paths as he seeks new avenues for chaos and conflict in his life.

Working at the DMV
Still sounds like youd need to be criminally insane to operate in such a job occupation

Is that Alfred saying "The world should *know* what *my son* did"? If he's referring to Bruce, that's some poignant shit right there. As someone who has a step dad, that hits the feels, bro.

There's a dark joke in there. "You're a psychopath with no purpose in life? Go work at the DMV."

The one audience he wanted to impress was gone. This is something that real people go through.

I used to compose and produce music for local rappers. Nothing popular outside of local circles and too explicit for mainstream.

I was working on perfecting my own solo music. I had the music and some of my vocals completed. The whole thing was a tribute to an ex-girlfriend. Much of my motivation was aimed at attacking her in songs. I couldn't wait until she heard it.

I bought a new computer and went to work on completing the songs. A week later, I was talking to a friend on the phone and he told me she died. She and her new boyfriend were doing heroin. He killed her.

My ambition dissolved. I had no target audience anymore. The one person I was trying to impress was gone forever. I couldn't go on reciting lyrics that attacked her. I wanted her back. I wanted her to be alive. I quit music altogether.

Honestly very fitting job for Joker. And I wonder if Joker should have volunteered to talk at Batman's funeral? He definitely had a change of heart after realizing what Batman meant to the people of Gotham.

If you think about it, Two-Face and Mr. Freeze are not really baddies.
Two-Face's only problem is his evil personality and Mr. Freeze just wants to save his wife.

I mean ... he did have a smile on his face at that time too. Just not the same kind of smile

He should've picked the VA. They're even worse and the Joker could've even been more sadistic and never get fired for it.

So it's true that superheroes create supervillians
So if all good people die will bad people will also die
So isn't that just robots
