Rue will come back in Chapter 2 OG like Stranger Thing's skin and Black Widow ( skins everyone said they will never return ) and they said that for Eddie brock and it's returning soon ..

‏Rue can come back because Rue got a lego style and they put her in their TikTok/YT SHORT for Chapter 5 Season 1 she they are showing her as a part of their game .. and no one at epic said she is banned or not gonna return
