(Basically, using any abilities on the specific Marisa skin on Dusekkar completely slows your speed to if you were using an ability during when devs released Easter skins at the beginning)

Every time they use an ability it makes them keep the slowness of both moves, and then never enables them to use those moves again, because the game still thinks they're proc'd.
