Happy workout Wednesday! If you have a pull up bar nearby give this pullup pyramid workout a try..
20 rounds
1 round = 10 pushups followed by 1 pullup
For each round, increase the number of pullups until you hit 10 pushups and 10 pullups, and then work your way back down. (i.e. 10 pushups, 1 pullup, 10 pushups, 2 pullups, etc.)
This is a great one for your chest and back. Try to do it in under 20 minutes!
