there's an actual product for what you want to achieve, it's called a peel off base coat. i dont know how well it works with acrylic but it does peel off gel nails and powder nails, so it might work here too. and if it doesn't, you can just apply a gel coat between the base coat and the acrylic i guess

I use matte top coat and I wipe the brush before putting it back in the tube. I also buff the nails after curing. It holds the nails on STRONG and when you’re ready, you don’t have to worry about a soak off.
