My first time doing this one, Jessica, and it was excellent! A great one to do as a stand alone or just to add onto another workout. I added another 2-mile interval walk to make it a 3-Mile Walk today!

I'm 6 months pregnant with my third and discovered your work-outs about 2 months ago. I would HIGHLY recommend during pregnancy! They keep me motivated and are great for keeping my energy up so I can chase my 2 and 3 year old boys around! Most all of your workouts are also simple to modify. I love your long more intense HIIT workouts for days when I have loads of energy and your quickie workouts for days when my body can't handle much. Thank you so much for making these workouts available!

This is Mile Three of my morning walkathon. So wonderful to have these workouts from Jessica to get our step count up and we can walk even though the weather outside. This one is really short but gets the job done effectively.

I want to address the questions about whether or not this or any fitness routine "works." I haven't done this one yet, but please understand: any fitness routine will "work" as long as "you" put the effort into it. If you only do it once in a while (not several days a week), just kind of move but don't go all out when you do the moves, and if you don't make other healthy lifestyle choices (such as watching portions when eating), it may not seem to work for you. Truthfully, it comes back to the fact that you are in control over whether or not a fitness routine works to slim you down. Be honest with yourself as to how often you work out and how much energy you put into it. The key to sticking to a routine is to find a workout that to find fun and that makes you crave doing it every day. That's where the "magic" happens! These are things that I found out through research, trial and error. When I began eating mindfully (instead of out of boredom or stress), alternating long walks (normally via a fun walk at home video) 3 days a week with shorter, interval workouts like this one 2-3 days a week (I rest on Sunday unless I want to walk), I began to see results. Before that I would do some workout once or twice and hope that would be enough. It isn't. Consistency is the key, and slow but sure progress is still progress. You didn't put on fat overnight and you won't lose it all overnight, either. You CAN lose it fairly quickly by putting in daily effort, and soon it will become habit. Hope this helps motivate someone. Now, I'm about to try this! It sounds like just what I need today!!

Finished today with this walk, after doing the Cardio Fat Blast. Burned another 89 calories! Jogged the walking portions, and felt great at the end! Thanks, Jessica!

I really like this workout!!! It was perfect for me today. I was very short on time so decided to choose this as my "Wild Card Workout" today instead of Saturday. That way, I can continue the week starting with Monday tomorrow and finish week 5 on Saturday with Friday's workout. Thanks again!

Just had time for a quick workout this morning and this was perfect! It was really effective for such a short routine. I also did T25 Cardio. Dad is still in the hospital but continuing to improve.
